JUNIORS (Year 2 - U19s)

Ryland Netball Club offers playing opportunities for most age groups.

Thank you for your interest in joining Ryland Netball Club, Bromsgrove.

Ryland hold several training sessions a week for boys & girls who are year 2 up to year 11 before they then move up to our thriving Senior section.

Children come into different groups based on their ability and age mix. Training occurs on Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday / evenings, but as a rough guide, it is as follows:

Year 2 / 3 / 4 – Bee Netball - Introduction to Netball– Ryland Centre, Tuesday 5:00 - 6:00pm (term time only) & Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00pm (term time only)

Year 5 – Ryland Centre, Wednesday 5:00 – 6:30 or Friday 7:00 - 8:30

Year 6 A/ 7 Academy – Ryland Centre, Wednesday 5:00 - 6:30 or 6:30 – 8:30

Year 6 / 7 (Development Squads) – South Bromsgrove High School, Monday 6:00 – 7:30 & Friday 7:00 - 8:30

Years 8 / 9 (Development Squads) – Bromsgrove School, Monday 7:00 – 9:00

Year 10/11 U16/U15 (Academy) Bromsgrove School, Monday 7:00 – 9:00

Years 10 / 11 / 12 + (Senior Social Squads) - Ryland Centre Monday 7:30 – 9:00

Years 8/9 – (Academy) Bromsgrove School, Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30.

Year 10 (Academy Development) - Bromsgrove School, Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30

U19A(Academy) – Bromsgrove School, Wednesday 8:30 – 10:00

As you can see, there are overlaps of years with players moving up to the next session when ready
